X-Bar aluminum handlebars from HIGHSIDER pro - 28.6mm Ø in the clamping area / 22.2mm Ø in the grip area

HIGHSIDER pro stands for excellent handlebar quality.
This is due to the company's own selection of materials and material treatment, as well as the manufacturing quality of the handlebars, which has been optimized over decades.
The X-Bar handlebars impress with double bending stiffness compared to standard handlebars.
The basis for this exceptional stability of the handlebars is the large diameter in the clamping area and the uniform, conical transition to the grip area.
The handlebars spring less and offer more reserves under extreme loads.

The diameter of the handlebars in the clamping area is 28.6mm and tapers to 22.2mm towards the grip tube.
The wall thickness at the handlebar ends is 4 mm (inner Ø 14mm). The surface is matt bead-blasted or highly polished and, depending on the handlebar type, available in up to four anodized colors.

In addition, we also offer a version with carbon fiber sheathing.
As already known in the high-tech bicycle sector, HIGHSIDER pro now also offers a version of the X-Bar handlebar with real carbon fiber sheathing.
Here, the aluminum tube is covered with a carbon fiber sleeve. This sandwich construction achieves even lower weight with the same stiffness of the handlebar.
The manufacturing process is absolutely precise. Only in this way can the required tolerances of a motorcycle handlebar be maintained.
When mounting these handlebars, great care must be taken so that the transparent top layer of the carbon fiber material is not damaged.

The handlebars are supplied without holes for the anti-rotation device of the switch fittings.
In order to best transfer the position of the holes from the standard handlebar, we recommend using a HIGHSIDER pro drilling template.

All HIGHSIDER pro handlebars are supplied with ABE.
The range of models is huge and is expanded with new entries every year.
In the ABE you will find reliably documented which handlebar type fits your motorcycle and is approved.
As a rule, the assignments in the ABE are without conditions.
However, there are exceptions.
For example, HIGHSIDER pro offers handlebar mounts for many models, with which you can also mount one of the X-Bar handlebars on a motorcycle with a standard 22.2 mm mount.
Therefore, check the entry for your motorcycle in the ABE.
If you cannot find your vehicle in the ABE, the ABE can be used as a supporting document for an individual approval.

• Never clean in direct sunlight and do not let the cleaner dry.
• Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles, etc. Immediately wipe up dripping quantities with a soft cloth.
• Before using cleaning agents, test compatibility in an inconspicuous area!
