How long does shipping take?

On weekdays, we ship within 24 hours of your order. The exact delivery time depends on the item's availability status:

  • In Stock – Ships within 1–3 business days.
  • Incoming – Ships within 2–5 business days, once the goods have arrived at our facility.
  • Currently Sold Out – Delivery time upon request. Please contact us briefly, and we will inform you as soon as we can deliver again.
From what amount is shipping free?

Free shipping within Germany for orders over €150.00.

Do these parts fit my motorcycle?

Our vehicle finder is coming in 2026. Until then: send us a short email with make/model/year of manufacture, and we'll tell you within 24 hours if the desired part fits.

Are the parts ABE-approved?

Most of our products are ABE-approved, meaning they are registration-free for German roads. Please check the product page or the ABE download section for the respective document.

Do I need an E-test document for my item?

As long as the item is installed on the motorcycle, quad, or scooter, you do not need a separate document. The E-mark is directly on the item. Our products are generically tested (not model-specific), therefore there is no component-specific certificate.

How do returns work?

You have 14 days to return your purchase. Please return the goods unused and in their original packaging; we will refund the purchase price within 5 business days of receipt. Please note: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Which handlebar weights fit my bar-end mirrors?

Our bar-end mirrors and bar-end weights are universal — neither brand- nor model-specific. We recommend mounting them on one of our bar-end weights (instead of directly on the handlebar).

Three points to consider when purchasing:

  • Handlebar inner diameter: Our weights fit 12–21 mm and are secured with an expansion sleeve. This is what the installation looks like.
  • Thread in the handlebar: If your handlebar has an M6 thread inside, the weight is secured with the included screw. For different threads, you will need an adapter — contact us, and we will help you choose.
  • Shape of the weight: For the bar-end mirror to be mounted on it, the end face must be flat. Conical or round weights will not work.

Exception: For our EVO and RIM mirrors, you do not need a separate bar-end weight — the fastening elements are included.

Which mirror adapters do I need as a replacement?

Replacement adapters for our handlebar mirrors are available in both thread directions, in chrome or black:

Right-hand thread (standard):

  • Chrome — Item 304-040
  • Black — Item 304-041

Left-hand thread:

  • Chrome — Item 304-042
  • Black — Item 304-043

Simply search for the item number in the shop or using the search function.

Do your turn signals fit my specific motorcycle?

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our turn signals are generic items, meaning they are neither brand- nor model-specific.

Three common stumbling blocks:

  • No flasher relay: Some bikes (especially modern ones) control the turn signals via CanBus or other control boxes – there is no classic relay there at all.
  • Different voltage: Although the electrical system provides 12V, original turn signals sometimes run at 6 or 7V.
  • Halogen → LED: If you exchange, for example, 10W or 21W halogen turn signals (wattage is usually on the turn signal lens) for LEDs, you often need a resistor or a load-independent flasher relay.

Adapter cables: Simply type adapter cables into the search and compare the plugs with those on your bike. If nothing fits exactly, soldering or crimp connectors also work reliably.

My tail light or brake light is flickering — what can I do?

If the tail light or brake light flickers while the engine is running, a capacitor between the light source and the electrical system will help in most cases. We offer two versions:

  • 100 µF — for minor flickering
  • 1000 µF — for stronger voltage fluctuations

Both can be found in the category Electrics & Accessories.

My light module (Satellite / Dual Stream) on the quad is causing problems — what should I do?

These problems occur primarily with quads or when two dual-stream systems are installed together. If the headlight works directly when connected to the battery, the product itself is fine – then the issue lies with the wiring.

Important: Do not connect directly to the low beam cable. Use only with 12V DC vehicle electrical systems.

Cable assignment:

  • White = Low beam (+) — to ignition plus
  • Blue = High beam (+)
  • Green = Ground (–)
  • Brown = Position light (+)

We recommend a relay circuit, as is common with fog lights. For this, our electronic two-channel relay (208-111) or a standard working relay is suitable. If you are unsure about the wiring, have the module installed by a specialist workshop.

How do I correctly connect your component to my motorcycle?

Unfortunately, we can only provide limited remote assistance with individual wiring questions - our products are universal and we do not know every bike in detail.

Here's how to find out if the problem is with your bike or the product:

  1. Function test: Briefly hold the component directly to the battery. If it works this way, it is not defective.
  2. Workshop: For professional integration into your vehicle's electrical system, contact your trusted workshop.
Do you sell individual spare parts for your products?

Unfortunately not. We generally purchase our items as complete units — the production of individual spare parts exceeds economic viability. If you have a defect within the warranty period, please contact us via our contact form.
