X-Bar aluminum handlebars by HIGHSIDER pro - 28.6mm Ø in clamping area / 22.2mm Ø in grip area

HIGHSIDER pro stands for excellent handlebar quality.
This is due to the company's own selection of materials and material treatment, as well as the manufacturing quality of the handlebars, which has been optimized over decades.
The X-Bar handlebars impress with double bending stiffness compared to standard handlebars.
The basis for this exceptional stability of the handlebars is the large diameter in the clamping area and the uniform, conical transition to the grip area.
The handlebars flex less and offer more reserves under extreme load.

The diameter of the handlebars is 28.6mm in the clamping area and tapers to 22.2mm towards the grip tube.
The wall thickness at the handlebar ends is 4 mm (inner Ø 14mm). The surface is matte bead-blasted or high-gloss polished and, depending on the handlebar type, available in up to four anodized colors.

We also offer a version with carbon fiber coating.
As already known in the high-tech bicycle sector, HIGHSIDER pro now also offers a version of the X-Bar handlebar with a real carbon fiber coating.
Here, the aluminum tube is covered with a carbon fiber sleeve. This sandwich construction achieves an even further reduced weight with the same stiffness of the handlebars.
The manufacturing process is absolute precision work. This is the only way to meet the required tolerances for a motorcycle handlebar.
Great care must be taken when mounting these handlebars to avoid damaging the transparent top layer of the carbon fiber material.

The handlebars are supplied without holes for the anti-rotation device of the switch fittings.
To best transfer the position of the holes from the standard handlebars, we recommend using a HIGHSIDER pro drilling template.

All HIGHSIDER pro handlebars are supplied with ABE (General Operating Permit).
The range of models is huge and is expanded with new entries every year.
The ABE reliably documents which handlebar type fits and is approved for your motorcycle.
As a rule, the assignments in the ABE are without restrictions.
However, there are exceptions.
For example, HIGHSIDER pro offers handlebar mounts for many models, with which you can mount one of the X-Bar handlebars even on a motorcycle with a standard 22.2 mm mount.
Therefore, please check the entry for your motorcycle in the ABE.
If you cannot find your vehicle in the ABE, the ABE can be used as a supporting document for an individual inspection.

• For all handlebars and their surface variants, use only acid and alkali-free cleaners!
• Never clean in direct sunlight and do not let the cleaner dry.
• Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles, etc. Immediately wipe off any drips with a soft cloth.
• Before using cleaning agents, test compatibility in an inconspicuous area!
