X-Bar aluminum handlebars by HIGHSIDER pro - 28.6mm Ø in clamping area / 22.2mm Ø in grip area

HIGHSIDER pro stands for excellent handlebar quality.
This is due to the company's own selection of materials and material treatment, as well as the manufacturing quality of the handlebars, which has been optimized over decades.
The X-Bar handlebars impress with double bending stiffness compared to standard handlebars.
The basis for this exceptional stability of the handlebars is the large diameter in the clamping area and the uniform, conical transition to the grip area.
The handlebars flex less and offer more reserves under extreme loads.

The diameter of the handlebars is 28.6mm in the clamping area and tapers to 22.2mm towards the grip tube.
The wall thickness at the handlebar ends is 4 mm (inner Ø 14mm). The surface is matte bead-blasted or high-gloss polished and, depending on the handlebar type, available in up to four anodized colors.

In addition, we also offer a version with carbon fiber sheathing.
As already known in the high-tech bicycle sector, HIGHSIDER pro now also offers a variant of the X-Bar handlebar with real carbon fiber sheathing.
Here, the aluminum tube is covered with a carbon fiber sleeve. This sandwich construction achieves an even further reduced weight with the same stiffness of the handlebars.
The manufacturing is absolute precision work. Only in this way can the required tolerances of a motorcycle handlebar be maintained.
Great care must be taken when mounting these handlebars to ensure that the transparent top layer of the carbon fiber material is not damaged.

The handlebars are supplied without holes for the anti-rotation device of the switch fittings.
To best adopt the position of the holes from the standard handlebars, we recommend using a HIGHSIDER pro drilling template.

All HIGHSIDER pro handlebars are supplied with ABE (General Operating Permit).
The range of models is huge and is expanded with new entries every year.
In the ABE, you will find reliably documented which handlebar type fits and is approved for your motorcycle.
As a rule, the assignments in the ABE are without restrictions.
However, there are exceptions.
For example, HIGHSIDER pro offers handlebar mounts for many models, with which you can also mount one of the X-Bar handlebars on a motorcycle with a standard 22.2 mm mount.
Therefore, please check the entry for your motorcycle in the ABE.
If you do not find your vehicle in the ABE, the ABE can be used as a accompanying document for an individual approval.

• Never clean in direct sunlight and do not allow the cleaner to dry on.
• Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles, etc. Immediately wipe off any drips with a soft cloth.
• Before using cleaning agents, test compatibility in an inconspicuous area!
