7/8 inch (22.2mm) aluminum handlebars from HIGHSIDER pro

HIGHSIDER pro stands for excellent handlebar quality. This is due to the company's own selection of material and material treatment, as well as decades of optimized manufacturing quality of the handlebars.

In the 1990s, HIGHSIDER pro developed the perfect alloy, heat treatment, and manufacturing method through its own series of tests. The result is a product that combines extremely high bending stiffness with resistance to breakage. To confirm consistent quality, HIGHSIDER pro regularly tests its handlebars with a specially created, in-house test program that ensures the high quality of the handlebars.

HIGHSIDER pro aluminum handlebars have an outer diameter of 22.2mm and a wall thickness of 4mm (14mm inner). The surface is highly polished and, depending on the handlebar type, available in up to six anodized colors. Black handlebars are also optionally available in matte bead-blasted finish.

The handlebars are delivered without holes for the anti-rotation device of the switch fittings.
To best transfer the position of the holes from the series handlebar, we recommend using a HIGHSIDER pro drilling template.

All HIGHSIDER pro handlebars are supplied with ABE (General Operating Permit).
The range of models is enormous and is expanded with new entries every year.
In the ABE, you will find reliably documented which handlebar type is suitable and approved for your motorcycle.
Typically, the assignments in the ABE are without conditions.
However, there are exceptions.
For example, HIGHSIDER pro offers handlebar mounts for many models, which allow you to install one of the X-Bar handlebars on a motorcycle with a standard 22.2 mm mount.
Therefore, check the entry for your motorcycle in the ABE.
If you do not find your vehicle in the ABE, the ABE can be used as a accompanying document for an individual approval.

• For all handlebars and their surface variants, use only acid- and alkali-free cleaners!
• Never apply in direct sunlight and do not let the cleaner dry.
• Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles, etc. Immediately wipe off any drips with a soft cloth.
• Before applying cleaning agents, test for compatibility in an inconspicuous area!
