7/8 inch (22.2mm) aluminum handlebars from HIGHSIDER pro

HIGHSIDER pro stands for excellent handlebar quality. This is due to the company's in-house selection of material and material treatment, as well as production quality of the handlebars optimized over decades.

In the 1990s, HIGHSIDER pro developed the perfect alloy, heat treatment, and manufacturing method in its own series of tests. The result is a product that combines extremely high bending stiffness with resistance to breakage. To confirm consistent quality, HIGHSIDER pro regularly tests its handlebars with a specially developed, in-house testing program that ensures the high quality of the handlebars.

HIGHSIDER pro aluminum handlebars have an outer diameter of 22.2mm and a wall thickness of 4mm (14mm inside). The surface is highly polished and, depending on the handlebar type, is available in up to six anodized colors. Black handlebars are also available in a matte pearl-blasted finish.

The handlebars are delivered without holes for the anti-twist device of the switch fittings.
To best match the position of the holes from the standard handlebar, we recommend using a HIGHSIDER pro drilling template.

All HIGHSIDER pro handlebars come with an ABE (General Operating Permit).
The range of models is enormous and is expanded with new entries every year.
In the ABE, you will reliably find documented which handlebar type is suitable and approved for your motorcycle.
Generally, the assignments in the ABE are without conditions.
However, there are exceptions.
For example, HIGHSIDER pro offers handlebar mounts for many models, with which you can mount one of the X-Bar handlebars even on a motorcycle with standard 22.2 mm mounts.
Therefore, please check the entry for your motorcycle in the ABE.
If you cannot find your vehicle in the ABE, the ABE can be used as a supporting document for an individual inspection.

• Never apply in direct sunlight and do not allow the cleaner to dry.
• Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles, etc.; immediately wipe up drips with a soft cloth.
• Before applying cleaning agents, test for compatibility in an inconspicuous area!
