7/8 inch (22.2mm) aluminum handlebars by HIGHSIDER pro

HIGHSIDER pro stands for outstanding handlebar quality. This is due to the company's in-house selection of materials and material treatment, as well as decades of optimized manufacturing quality of the handlebars.

In the 1990s, HIGHSIDER pro developed the perfect alloy, heat treatment, and processing method through its own series of tests. The result is a product that combines extremely high bending stiffness with resistance to breakage. To confirm consistent quality, HIGHSIDER pro regularly tests its handlebars with a specially developed, in-house test program that ensures the high quality of the handlebars.

HIGHSIDER pro aluminum handlebars have an outer diameter of 22.2mm and a wall thickness of 4mm (14mm inner). The surface is highly polished and, depending on the handlebar type, available in up to six anodized colors. Black handlebars are also available in a matte bead-blasted finish.

The handlebars are supplied without holes for the anti-rotation lock of the switch fittings.
To best transfer the position of the holes from the series handlebar, we recommend using a HIGHSIDER pro drilling template.

All HIGHSIDER pro handlebars are supplied with ABE (General Operating Permit).
The range of models is enormous and is expanded with new entries every year.
In the ABE, you will find reliably documented which handlebar type is suitable and approved for your motorcycle.
Generally, the assignments in the ABE are without conditions.
However, there are exceptions.
For example, HIGHSIDER pro offers handlebar mounts for many models, with which you can also mount one of the X-Bar handlebars on a motorcycle with a standard 22.2 mm mount.
Therefore, please check the entry for your motorcycle in the ABE.
If you do not find your vehicle in the ABE, the ABE can be used as a supplementary document for an individual inspection.

Care instructions:
• For all handlebars and their surface variants, only use acid- and alkali-free cleaners!
• Never apply in direct sunlight and do not let the cleaner dry.
• Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles, etc. Immediately wipe up any spills with a soft cloth.
• Before applying cleaning agents, test for compatibility in an inconspicuous area!
