7/8 inch (22.2mm) aluminum handlebars from HIGHSIDER pro

HIGHSIDER pro stands for excellent handlebar quality. This is due to the company's in-house selection of material and material treatment, as well as the manufacturing quality of the handlebars, which has been optimized over decades.

In the 1990s, HIGHSIDER pro developed the perfect alloy, heat treatment, and processing method in its own series of tests. The result is a product that combines extremely high bending stiffness with resistance to breakage. To confirm consistent quality, HIGHSIDER pro regularly tests its handlebars with a specially created, in-house test program that ensures the high quality of the handlebars.

HIGHSIDER pro aluminum handlebars have an outer diameter of 22.2mm and a wall thickness of 4mm (14mm inner diameter). The surface is highly polished and, depending on the handlebar type, available in up to six anodized colors. Handlebars in black are also optionally available in matte bead-blasted finish.

The handlebars are supplied without holes for the anti-rotation device of the switch fittings.
To best transfer the position of the holes from the series handlebars, we recommend using a HIGHSIDER pro drilling template.

All HIGHSIDER pro handlebars come with an ABE (General Operating Permit).
The range of models is huge and is expanded every year with new entries.
In the ABE, you will find reliably documented which handlebar type is suitable and approved for your motorcycle.
Generally, the assignments in the ABE are without conditions.
However, there are exceptions.
For example, HIGHSIDER pro offers handlebar mounts for many models, with which you can also mount one of the X-Bar handlebars on a motorcycle with a standard 22.2 mm mount.
Therefore, please check the entry for your motorcycle in the ABE.
If you do not find your vehicle in the ABE, the ABE can be used as a supporting document for an individual approval.

• For all handlebars and their surface variants, only use acid- and alkali-free cleaners!
• Never apply in direct sunlight and do not let the cleaner dry.
• Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles, etc. Immediately wipe up any drips with a soft cloth.
• Before applying cleaning agents, test for compatibility in an inconspicuous area!
